White5 GTCs

Terms of contract

  • The 5 Tyrolean Glaciers Pass White 5 is valid for all operating lifts at Kaunertal Glacier, Pitztal Glacier, Sölden, Stubai Glacier, and Hintertux Glacier.
  • The White5 lift pass can be purchased at all lift pass offices and sales points of the 5 Tyrolean Glaciers ski resorts.
  • The White5 ski pass is valid for 10 days during the period of 1 October to 15 May of the following year. The ski pass days do not have to be used consecutively. The White5 ski pass is issued exclusively on a special 5 Tyrolean Glaciers pass key card.
  • No deposit fee will be charged for the card.
  • If you lose the White 5 glacier ski pass, a replacement pass can be issued; a receipt to proof your purchase is required. The lost pass will be blocked. A processing fee of €15.00 will be charged.
  • The pass bears your picture and is non-transferable.
  • The White 5 ski pass is not transferable! In case of misuse, the pass will be confiscated without replacement and the card number blocked.
  • Unused ski pass days will neither be refunded nor credited. They lose their validity at the end of the season.
  • Refund: A refund of the pro rata ticket price will be made only in the event of illness or injury; the day on which the card is deposited or returned will be decisive. A medical certificate must be presented. The following deadlines apply for refunds:

Returned by 31 December = 75% of the value of the remaining days
    (= 580÷ 10 = 58 x remaining days x 75%)
Returned by 31 March = 50% of the value of the remaining days
    (= 580÷ 10 = 58 x remaining days x 50%)
Returned by 1 May = 25% of the value of the remaining days
    (= 580÷ 10 = 58 x remaining days x 25%)
If returned later – no refund.
  • Bad weather, avalanche warnings, unforeseen departures, service interruption, ski run closures, etc. do not entitle the holder to a refund or extension.
  • The individual services to which this card entitles the bearer are provided by legally independent companies. The company selling the ski pass acts only as an agent for the other companies. In the event of an incident, the respective company is therefore obligated to provide the individual services and compensation.
  • The tariff and transport conditions as posted on the notice board apply.
  • In case of (another) forced closure of all the 5 Tyrolean Glaciers, owners of the White5 Tirol ski pass may request a partial refund of the purchase price provided that there is an official and permanent (i.e. until the planned end of season) forced closure of all the 5 Tyrolean Glaciers or a permanent travel warning issued by guest’s permanent residence region . White5 ski pass days not consumed will then be refunded in the amount of € 58 (one-tenth of the purchase price).
