Somehow still a hidden gem

The glacier ski resort of Sölden not only scores points because of its huge offer of pistes, which delights beginners and pros alike, but also its altitude. The ski resort reaches up to 3,340 metres above sea level. With a surface covering more than 20 square kilometres, Sölden's glacier ski area ranks among the largest in Austria. That means that each skier has around 400 square metres of pistes to themselves. It’s the only ski resort in Austria with three mountains which pass the 3,000-metre mark. In Sölden these are known as the BIG3. Cineastes can look forward to a unique experience in the 007 Elements. The cinematic installation allows visitors to dive into the world of Her Majesty’s secret agent. Spectre occupies the central stage as several scenes from this bond adventure were shot in Sölden.
