Austria’s highest glacier ski resort (up to 3,440 m) welcomes an international audience. The extensive and varied range of slopes ensures the perfect run for every winter sports enthusiast.
Awaiting all freeskiers and snowboarders is a large snow park and a professional halfpipe set at an altitude of 3,000 metres. Freeriders will also discover ideal high-alpine terrain at the Pitztal Glacier, where you can already ride off-piste early on in the year. From this autumn, fans of cross-country skiing can look forward to a cross-country camp on the approx. 5 kilometre-long high-altitude track. Then at 2,840 m, Austria’s highest cake shop delights Pitztal guests with delicious pastries typical of the area. In the neighbouring Rifflsee ski area (up to 2,800 m), the new and child-safe SunnAlm lift is a real hit with families. This 6-seater chairlift is setting a new trend in terms of convenient and comfortable transportation.
