Since spring 2009 the Hintertux Glacier has received many awards as the "Top ski area in the Alps". Fresh powder snow from October to May and wide pistes, in unbelievable dimensions, offering unlimited piste fun from 1.500 m to 3.250m altitude! Austria's only year-round ski area, offering perfect conditions 365 days a year. 86 km of prepared pistes of every level of difficulty, 21 top modern facilities and a unique ski experience are all guaranteed for snow-hungry glacier skiers. The Betterpark Hintertux with three lines, kickers and rails and a 120 metre long superpipe is popular amongst all freestylers. Mystical insights into the world beneath the glacier are ensured by the Natur Eis Palast and the Spannagelhöhle show caves.
